Terms and Conditions
NON EXCLUSIVE BEATS
- The Beats sold by PrietoStudios54 remain the property of the OWNER of the beat
and ARE LICENSED, NOT SOLD, to you for use in your musical and artistic efforts.
- You MUST respect the License of the beat that you purchase. Some Right may be given to you to use
the beat.
You must read the License to see what kind of right you will have.
- All Non Exclusive Beats are Royalty Free. Which means you keep all the benefits for yourself. But
you must give credit to the producer of the beat
- It's understood and agreed that YOU don't have any OWNERSHIP RIGHTS and COPYRIGHTS on the Non Exclusive
Beats that you purchased. The OWNER remains all the rights of the Beats unless the OWNER transfer to you the
ownership rights.
- Non Exclusive Beats are resold to multiple parties and are not sold as exclusive musical property
to one end user
- When you buy a Non Exclusive Beat, you just purchase the license to use that Beat and the LICENSE
FEE (price of the Beat) IS NOT REFUNDABLE
EXCLUSIVE BEATS
- By purchasing an EXCLUSIVE BEAT you acquire the OWNERSHIP right of the Beat
- All the Exclusive Beats are Royalty Free. Which means you keep all the benefits for yourself. But
you must give credit to the producer of the beat
- You can do anything you want to with an Exclusive Beat.
- Once you have purchased an Exclusive Beat, that beat will not be available for other people to buy.
